**About the role**
Due to the increase in complex facilities asset data and information, we have an exciting new hybrid role for a **Facilities Analyst**. The core purpose of this role is to analyse, interpret, and develop facilities information to enable the business to make well informed decisions that will assist with how we manage facilities assets. You will use data and insights to identify opportunities for change and optimise our processes throughout the value chain.
**About you**
Analytics is going through a lot of exciting changes, and you are the type of person who is aware of this and wants to take advantage, be constantly learning and at the forefront of global analytical initiatives.
We are looking for someone who has strong analytical and project management skills and wanting to work on strategic projects with both quantitative and qualitative factors with Facilities management. You would have a strategic, logical & creative mindset and be able to work in a team environment. As you will be working with senior stakeholders, your ability to present, communicate and engage will be critical.
**To ensure your success in this role, the following skills & experience are preferred**:
- Strong proven analyst experience
- Advanced excel skills
- SQL programming experience
- Microsoft Power BI
- CMMS experience
- ERP experience preferred
- Influential stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and problem solving
- Presentation and communication skills
- Facilities / Assent Management experience preferred
