- Combining the best of both, this tier one projects and construction law practice has a global and national reach but, here in Perth, have the cultural feel of a much smaller firm
- Atypically too, the partnership of this team is relatively young and have worked hard to instil a family-centric culture across the group
- Front-end focused, the role will span construction, infrastructure, engineering, and resources & energy projects
- You can expect to be involved with negotiating and drafting domestic and international standard as well as bespoke contracts as required
- The practice handles all levels from structuring through to delivery so there will be ample opportunity to continue to develop experience across the whole project lifecycle
- A split principal and contractor practice, there is a leaning towards the principal side of the ledger
- Being Perth, there will be a strong line of ‘traditional’ E&R projects, but you will also have involvement with emerging and renewable sectors
- This isn’t a ‘backroom’ type role that can sometimes be expected at the bigger end of town. Rather you can expect a hands-on role with plenty of partner and client contact
- Plenty of the perks that you might expect at a larger firm and one of the more generous bonus structures in the market
- _While there is a preference for applicants from other tier one practices, the strength of the internal training and development program means that there is opportunity for those across the upper mid-tier to take a step up_
- _Partners are interested in speaking with associates across experience levels, including those aiming for SA in the next uptake as the structure can support (ideally 2-5 yrs PAE)_
- _Strong academics on the LLB are expected_
- Support for relocation able to be discussed
