**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trades Assistant to join our friendly team in our Queenstown Branch.

If you’ve always wanted to gain experience or further develop your existing experience by working on diesel trucks, then this is the opportunity for you

In this role, you will be assisting qualified Tradespeople directly with all aspects of repair or rectification work on defective vehicles or equipment.
- Assisting in fault/maintenance diagnostic activities
- Testing vehicle and equipment and ensuring all tools and equipment used in the performance of work is safe to use and stored in a clean and correct manner.
- Maintenance servicing of heavy vehicles

You will be working Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5.00 pm.

**About you**

We are looking for an individual with experience in the heavy vehicle mechanical field. Training will be provided.

You’re self-motivated, and your attention to detail is awesome, you enjoy working as part of a team as well independently.
