We are currently looking for a Trade Assistant for a full-time permanent position to work primarily in the Auckland Region, and you may be required to travel to Wellington and Canterbury region as per the need of the business.

**As a Trade Assistant, your key tasks will be**:

- Assist in the maintenance, operation and repair of electrical
- Assist in the fabrication of equipment and materials constructed in accordance with project requirements;
- Operate power tools and equipment; operate automotive equipment to transport materials and supplies.
- Carry out building duties as directed by the employer
- Ensure the work is completed in safe and secure manner
- Comply with company standards

Minimum 30 hours guaranteed. *Hourly Pay rate between $28-$30 as per the skills and experience.
- Will have the required skills and knowledge to do the above tasks.
- Should be able to start immediately
- Should have relevant work visa / NZ PR / NZ Citizenship.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auckland City, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
