Technical Communicator

Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for translating highly-complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation? We are seeking a talented Technical Communicator to join our team

As a **Technical Communicator** in our Health Intelligence Platform team, you will play a critical role in delivering a modern data platform that integrates machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI).

You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging and digestible online content for our valued customers on how to effectively deploy, configure, use and maintain our product. Your role will expose you to industry experts across Orion Health, where you will leave no stone unturned, working together to bridge the gap between our technical experts and users, ensuring content is validated and to the greatest of level of detail. In turn, your work will ensure organisations get the most out of their most valuable strategic asset - data - consequently improving patient outcomes around the world.

**What will you bring?**
- **Experience**:We’re looking for people with a technical mindset who have had some exposure to IT product development and a strong understanding of servers, databases, installations, integrations. You may previously have been employed as a software engineer, business analyst, tester or documentation specialist.
- **Skills**:It goes without saying, your written and verbal communication skills are unmatched. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable representing information visually as we strongly believe a diagram is worth a thousand words. You’ll have the ability to both understand complex technical information and translate it in a logical and structured way. Experience with MadCap Flare (or other authoring tool) is beneficial and while extensive experience with HTML and CSS is not top of our list, being able to go “under the hood” to diagnose and fix issues would be great.
- **Characteristics**:First and foremost, you are someone with the perseverance and tenacity required to get to the bottom of things - surface-level explanations are not sufficient for you. You also have a strong analytical mind and attention to detail. Finally, you have a passion for creating high-quality, informative, content.
