An exciting opportunity has become available to work as a Merging Analyst and join our passionate and multi-disciplinary team in the Clinical Records and Coding team at Rotorua Hospital.
About the role

- 1 FTE
This Merging Analyst role is based in the Te Whatu Ora | Lakes | Information Systems Clinical Records Team.
This role proactively supports National Health Index (NHI) data integrity at a local level. The role is responsible for actioning data integrity requests in relation to the merging and un-merging of patient NHIs including research, system administration and physical clinical records maintenance.
About you
You should have
- NZ Certificate in Business Administration and Technology Level 3
- One year work experience in clinical administration, clinical records, data quality or information management
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Inpatient, Outpatient and ED secondary health care contexts
- Knowledge of secondary health care processes including referral, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, discharge and NHI merging
**Salary range**: $59,627-$61,805
