The employer is looking for a handyman/Handywomen to help with gardening work and possibly maintenance around the house.

**The role itself could involve a bit of anything**:possibilities include:

- general landscaping and gardening
- removal of dead leaves
- putting down weed mats/ stones
- tidying garden
- waterblasting
- internal/external painting
- cleaning
- minor repairs etc.
- minor installations

Experience is not required but it's good if you have an idea what's going on
- Availability for at least the initial renovation project
- Common sense
- Excellent communication skills
- A great attitude and work ethic
- A reasonable level of strength and fitness given the physical nature of the role

Preference will be shown for applicants with a drivers license and vehicle so that you can reliably get to and from work, and between various sites later on. They'd also be useful so you can run the odd errand.
