ENZED, a division of Parker Hannifin, the leading supplier of Hydraulic hose and fittings in New Zealand, is offering an exceptional opportunity to join our team as the Service Centre Manager at our Rotorua branch. This full-time role presents an ideal chance for you to leave your mark with a renowned brand in the industry.

Reporting directly to the Country Sales Manager, you will assume responsibility for overseeing the operations of our company-owned ENZED Service Centre. Your main focus will be on coordinating and directing the workload and activities of the Service Centre staff and Hose Doctors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall activities of our Company-owned ENZED franchise, ensuring its efficient and effective functioning.
- Identify and develop business opportunities centered around the Service Centre, with a particular emphasis on driving the growth of Hose Doctor territories and overall sales.
- Cultivate a retail outlet environment that effectively showcases and promotes Parker products and services.
- Provide leadership and foster the professional development of all Service Centre staff, including our employed Hose Doctors.
- Oversee the activities of franchised Hose Doctors in accordance with agreed Hose Doctor contracts and policies.
- Serve as a vital link between the Company and our franchised Hose Doctors, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
- When necessary, demonstrate your versatility by assembling hoses on-site (training will be provided).
- Maintain an agreed-upon budget, enabling the Service Centre to operate at an optimum commercial level.
- Actively drive the development of all facets of the Company-owned ENZED franchise through hands-on business development initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant acts, regulations, and professional and ethical standards in all Service Centre activities.
- Possesses experience within a business-related trade discipline, demonstrating a solid understanding of trade certification in Hydraulics or an equivalent field.
- Exhibits a customer-centric mindset and excels in effectively coordinating tasks and managing projects.
- Demonstrates exceptional time management and communication skills, enabling seamless interactions with team members and stakeholders.
