**Job Description** Lumino Family Dental Centre Greymouth is currently on the lookout for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join the team on a Fixed-term, part-time basis This role aims to cover a parental leave in August 2025**

As a Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings, and completing payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Therefore, we require an experienced receptionist, ideally with experience working within the dental or healthcare industry. You will:

- Greet patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process payments and book appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.

**Schedule**:Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5 pm.

**_ This will be a fixed-term role to cover parental leave._**
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in dental or medical reception is required.
- Warm and positive attitude and team-orientated approach.
- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
- Computer savvy skills with the ability to pick up things quickly.
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
