We are looking for an experienced Quality Management professional who is a results-oriented and strategic thinker with a proven track record to lead and take ownership of our Strategic Quality Management programme. As Head of Quality Management, you will ensure that the business is providing top-quality service through all areas of the company.

**About the Role**
- Lead and take ownership of our Strategic Quality Management programme
- Determine root causes for existing challenges, and recommend solutions for business units, projects, and/or systems
- Establish a quality management philosophy of strategy implementation (strategic total quality management)
- Develop, own and manage a roadmap (vision & strategy) for quality across all business units to ensure adherence to Customer expectations
- Help establish a new company culture for quality through training and education
- Develop and establish reporting metrics to provide reporting capabilities on Quality

**About You**
- Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Quality Management or related field
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems, methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
