CMW Geosciences is a specialist Geotechnical Consultancy with offices in New Zealand and Australia. We are a mid-sized, privately owned consultancy delivering geotechnical services based on strong personal working relationships and a focus on work/life balance.

Our Bay of Plenty team based in Tauranga and Rotorua are looking for Junior and Intermediate level Geotechnical Engineers or Engineering Geologists to join our expanding team and service new stages of projects such as the Takitumu North Link with Waka Kotahi and Harapaki Windfarm with Meridian Energy. Our portfolio spans a range of projects, including roading, land development and commercial/industrial infrastructure, such as the Tauriko Business Estate, Rangiuru Interchange and Development and Wharenui Rise in Rotorua.

Core responsibilities of the role include:

- Client management and development
- Preparing proposals to suit our clients needs
- Managing site investigations and ground modelling
- Geotechnical analysis, design and reporting
- Project management, contract review and budget control
