Job Description:
As a Hardware Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of our hardware solutions. You will collaborate with a team of talented product, design, and engineering teams to create cutting-edge products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop circuit boards for products and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to be define hardware requirements and specifications.
- Conduct simulations and prototyping to test hardware designs.
- Analyze and improve existing hardware to enhance performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues during development and after deployment.
- Provide technical processes, specifications, and changes for future reference and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
- Proficiency in hardware design tools such as CAD software (e.g. Altium Designer, Cadence, Ansys).
- Strong understanding of electronic components and circuitry.
- Experience with hardware testing methodologies and equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications relevant to hardware engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other team members.
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers is a plus.
