We’re looking for an experienced and motivated **Warehouse Team Leader** to oversee **Inwards Goods** within our Flo & Frankie Warehouse team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing all incoming stock, ensuring it’s accurately processed, organised, and ready for our stores and customers.

You’ll supervise a small team of two permanent warehouse staff, as well as casual team members during peak periods, keeping everyone supported, motivated, and working efficiently. With your energy, organisation, and attention to detail, you’ll make sure every delivery is checked, barcoded, and stored correctly, helping the warehouse run smoothly and keeping our stores stocked with ease.

You’ll also support the wider warehouse operation, stepping in to assist other areas when needed and helping maintain smooth, safe, and efficient processes across the team.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Oversee the receipt, checking, processing, and barcoding of all incoming stock.
- Ensure all paperwork, invoices, and system entries are accurate and completed on time.
- Communicate with Head Office, transport partners, and store teams to coordinate stock arrivals.
- Maintain clear processes and reporting to keep everything running smoothly.
- Monitor and improve workflows to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
- Support and uphold warehouse safety standards and company procedures.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and safe warehouse environment.
- Lead and supervise staff, delegating tasks, managing workloads, and coaching to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Step in to assist other warehouse areas when needed.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock control role.
- Leadership experience, including supervising and coaching a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple moving parts.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork.
- Confidence using warehouse systems (experience with Carton Cloud, Shopify, or Lightspeed a bonus).
- Physical fitness to lift and move stock safely.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive, safe, and efficient workplace.
