Do you want to work for a company that is a significant player in the Heavy Vehicle and Machinery market? **The South Island Delivery Centre Manager (SIDCM) is responsible for the efficient and effective running of the South Island Delivery Centre. This includes management of the receipt, stocking, build and delivery of **NEW** Commercial Vehicles, meeting stringent manufacturer quality standards, and end customer expectations. If you love a sparkling work environment with factory-fresh product to work on, this could be the role for you.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Plan, lead, organise and control the delivery centre activities
- Develop and maintain an efficient receipt to delivery process
- Ensure new vehicle build is completed within agreed timeframes
- Contribute to local sales strategies to increase CablePrice market share
- Promote a culture that encourages performance and high staff morale
- Leading Health and Safety. Ownership of your branch Health and Safety processes whilst providing ongoing advice/feedback to the team to manage risks.
- Maintain a good working relationship with customers (internal and external), peers, staff and other departments.
- Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility

**You will be leading an engaged and motivated high-performing team to continuously deliver exceptional outcomes, while creating efficiencies for the business unit.** We work hard, train well and challenge each other every day to better our performance.
