**About the role**

This role supports delivery of alcohol licensing and environmental health services while providing excellent customer service. It carries out duties as required by the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, the Gambling Act 2003 and directly related legislation and applicable policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. It protects the environment and the health of the community by ensuring appropriate alcohol management practices and monitoring of class 4 gaming devices.

**Who we are looking for**

Ideally, you will possess:

- The ability to effectively interpret statutes, regulations, bylaws, and policies.
- Experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
- Current full Driver’s Licence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing and confident speaking.
