**Hours**:
This is a full-time position.

Tuesday - Saturday 7am -4pm

We are looking for someone who is passionate about good quality food - someone who is an experienced team leader and can develop staff to be high achievers in customer service and retailing.

**Daily tasks include**:

- maintaining external relationships, ordering products, stock levels.
- Managing and maintaining all store standards, ensuring the chilled/frozen department is fully stocked.
- Managing the rotation of stock.
- Managing staff.
- Maintaining and managing the cleanliness of the store keeping it up to the set standard.
- Managing all aspects of department resourcing.
- ordering stocks.
- Managing and achieving set targets and KPI’s for the Department

**We are looking someone who is**:

- Passionate about good quality fresh food
- Experienced team leader, able to develop staff to be high achievers in customer service.
- Conversant with SAP.
- Reliable
- Supermarket or Retail experienced.

We will appoint someone who has energy, enthusiasm, an eye for the future and true passion for the industry.
