**MEDICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER - URGENT CARE**

**Full time (40 hours per week)**

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and multi-skilled Operations Manager experienced in leading delivery of health services within a business framework. This role is critical in ensuring the ongoing growth, profitability and success of the operation.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the ideal person will thrive on juggling to meet the variety of business demands related to running a busy urgent care facility, whilst also leading our talented multi-disciplinary team to deliver best practice at top of scope.

The ideal person will be an experienced health service manager with proven business acumen, someone who delivers with great relationship, IT, and organisation skills, and thrives in the dynamic, fast paced health sector environment. Utilising your strengths of leading a positive team culture that adapts to the ever-evolving service delivery needs and thrives on delivering great primary urgent health care service for our patients will cement your satisfaction levels in this role.
