We’re currently on the lookout for an Account Manager who can actively manage and deliver a world-class level of personalised service to our High-Value Customers. **Your day-to-day...**
- Delivering the Account and Relationship Management program that ensures the needs of key customers via outbound calling, meetings, focus groups, phone calls and event hosting are being met.
- Striving to meet key performance objectives or KPIs through maintaining a cycle of contact based on and personalised for the customer's relationship value and preferences.
- Contributing to the delivery to the customer of the marketing strategy for our Elite Service team taking responsibility for the outcome of these promotions, and ensuring learnings are captured along the way.
- Analysing customer behaviour and patterns to strengthen the relationship.
- Working with the team to create new and improved strategies by utilising the customer feedback that is delivered by our customers.
- Ensuring that qualifying customers are being recognised and invited to events.
- Be conversant with the TAB products and services, especially those developed for Elite customers and provide support to ensure that information provided to customers is accurate and reliable.
- Continuing to develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the industry and its competitors.

**What you'll bring...**
- Experience in a related role in a business of a similar size and capacity.
- Sales and Account Management experience is a must.
- Proven Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Exceptional Customer service knowledge and capability.
- A genuine passion and have a shared interest in the sports and racing industry, both within New Zealand and internationally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships.
- A proactive and innovative approach to developing new strategies based on customer feedback.
