**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

We're looking for Advisors, Senior Advisors and Principal Advisors to join our Web Channels & Content Team. The Web Content & Channels team is responsible for helping shape the strategic direction of web content within Health NZ.

With a keen focus on digital communications the team leads the development and execution of robust digital content strategies. By leveraging best practice digital content creation, the team ensures the delivery of impactful content across digital channels. the team plays a vital role in fostering meaningful connections across diverse audiences.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**

Advisors
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Content Design or related roles, within large organisations across the public or private sector.
- Experience developing constructive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Senior Advisors
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Content Design or related roles, within large organisations across the public or private sector.
- Proven success in content creation and maintenance.
- Demonstrated collaborative and customer-focused skills.

Principal Advisors
- Minimum 8 years of experience in web strategy, content design, with an understanding of the public sector and government operations.
- Demonstrated relationship-building, interpersonal, collaborative, and customer-focused skills including (having a) proven track record of engaging and influencing diverse groups.
- Demonstrated experience in content design and adherence to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and NZ Government Web Standards.
- Success in presenting materials and ideas for organisational impact.
