It’s time to bring a new Territory Sales Manager into their fun and hardworking team who wants to take this opportunity to the next level.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our company - you'll be out in the trade working with our customers to develop our business as well as theirs. You will be joining a talented and experienced sales team who work together to cover the country and make sure their products continue to be number one.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Driving sales growth and market share by exceeding set business objectives
- Developing new business opportunities using a range of sales techniques
- Proactively managing your accounts through exceptional customer service
- Building positive relationships with clients, contractors and all parties involved in the sales process
- Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
- Present our products and services to prospective customers & their customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
- Cross-sell products, when appropriate
- Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach

**The ideal person will have the following attributes**:

- Have experience in grocery, general merchandise, DIY or CE industries (desirable) or alternatively have experience in a similar industry where you have gained transferable skills
- Be proactive in approach to secure sales and increase brand presence in a highly competitive market.
- Be a self-starter and self-disciplined in maintaining a regular sales call cycle with customers and key decision-makers.
- Exhibit resilience and perseverance in winning new business opportunities and securing sales from existing customer base.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office and using a CRM
- Ability to travel on a regular basis

Key to your success in this role will be your strong commercial acumen, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing key account customers as well as the ability to cultivate new business opportunities. You believe in building effective relationships.
