About the Opportunity:

This is a vital role in ensuring the reliability of our data centres, offering an excellent avenue for those looking to launch their career in the Data Centre industry.

You will be part of a fresh, dynamic team of service technicians at our Hobsonville data centre campus, working alongside experienced Service Technicians to gain essential knowledge and develop your skillset.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, and fire systems.
  • Monitoring 24/7 operations, identifying risks, and ensuring systems operate as designed.
  • Responding to alerts, assessing severity, prioritising actions, and escalating to third-party contractors when needed.
  • Overseeing contractors performing critical work, ensuring strict compliance with pre-defined MOPs and making quick, informed decisions on prioritisation and escalation.
