Job Overview: Emerson's is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front of House operations, ensuring efficient set-up and close-down procedures are followed daily.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive a safe working environment
  • Lead shifts and ensure operating procedures are followed
  • Guarantee that our customers receive a consistent product and experience within a high-volume environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of all hospitality operations
  • Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ)
  • Previous experience in running brewery tours and guided tastings
  • Ability to work flexibly, including various shifts, days, evenings, and weekends
