Community Nursing Coordinator

At Nurse Maude, we are seeking an experienced administrator to join our dynamic and supportive environment as a Service Coordinator.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Christchurch office, offering 80 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster. You will work between 08:00am to 05:00pm, Monday to Sunday, providing flexibility and variety to your schedule.
You will play a key role in organising, coordinating and scheduling visits for our nursing and specialty clinic teams. Supported by the Clinical Nurse Manager, Registered Nurse Coordinators and internal support services, you will help ensure a consistent, high-quality service, delivering coordinated care to clients in their homes and clinic spaces.
- Visits are scheduled effectively and in line with service requirements.
- Management of queues and follow-up for all clinical services.
- Management of specialty clinics as directed by the Service Manager/CNM.
- An up-to-date and 'live' overview of service delivery is maintained at all times.
- Ensure effective and timely communication with the Clinical Nurse Manager, Registered Nurse Coordinators and clinical teams, proactively addressing queries and concerns.
