The successful candidate will possess a passion for customer service excellence, good time management skills, and a willingness to learn.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with product queries and sales
  2. Provide excellent customer service
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets

We value candidates with prior experience in retail and/or knowledge of bathroom products, although applicants with a proven retail background and eagerness to learn will also be considered.

This role reports to the Plumbing-Bathroom Head of Department and involves working on a roster from Sunday to Thursday.
