DFS Group Limited is a leading retailer operating in Asia-Pacific region. Our team provides HR support to various functions within the company.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the Corporate and Global Merchandising function.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including on-boarding/off-boarding arrangements, salary proposals/offer preparation, performance management, and administrative duties.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as employee activities and surveys.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a sizeable organization preferred.
  • Proficient in communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and ability to deal with ambiguity/change.
  • Interpersonal savvy, easy to approach and talk to, warm and pleasant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Success Factors a plus.
  • Computer literacy and conversant with labor regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, fast learner, outgoing, and a team player with a 'Can-do' attitude.
  • Maintains all employee and departmental information in strict confidence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Experience in the full spectrum of HR functions preferred.
  • Have a good understanding of HK employment ordinance and related ordinances.
  • Proactive team member, positive thinking, approachable, good at problem-solving abilities and handling multiple priorities.
