Cmw Geosciences has grown significantly since its inception in Perth in 2012, expanding to 18 offices across Australia and New Zealand with over 300 employees. We pride ourselves on being hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate about delivering quality geotechnical solutions.
We are seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer with at least 15 years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and ability, good interpersonal skills, and commercial acumen. They will also possess exceptional organisation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide geotechnical analysis, design, and technical advice to clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Oversee the technical work of our engineers and geologists.
Requirements
- A relevant engineering degree and CPEng or PEngGeol status.
- At least 15 years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability.
- Good interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
