Awaruku Pippins is seeking a Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of girls aged 5-7 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive activities that promote skill-building and confidence
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the unit
  • Participate in occasional evening/weekend training and leader/planning meetings
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the unit

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for child development and a strong understanding of childhood education principles
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children
  • Be able to commit to regular attendance and participation
