About Our Team

We are seeking a motivated Support Worker to join our dynamic team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality care and support.

Your Key Duties

  • Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance, days out, and companionship.
  • Encourage independence, well-being, and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • A genuine desire to care for others.
  • Good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to show a can-do attitude always.
