Job Description
As a Support Worker in our Christchurch team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals. Your daily tasks may include:
- Accompanying clients to appointments, college, and day opportunities
- Assisting with personal care and medication routines
- Planning and preparing meals, snacks, and shopping excursions
- Engaging in social activities and outings to promote community integration
