Job Responsibilities
This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the court by managing cases and working with different customers. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including defendants, witnesses, family members, Oranga Tamariki, lawyers, and police officers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the running of Jury Trials, including exhibit and Juror management
- Managing files, exhibits, and exhibit rooms, as well as performing general administration tasks
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and able to manage complex information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
