About the Role

As a Health Care Assistant in Outpatients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinics. Your responsibilities will include setting up rooms, maintaining patient flow, and ensuring the outpatient department remains clean and infection-free.

You will be required to assist with patient care alongside Registered Nurses, act as a chaperone during consultations, and have direct contact with patients. To excel in this role, you should possess a proficient understanding of computer systems, stock management, and Infection Control protocols.
