- Assist in the development, coordination and implementation of Te Marupainga initiatives, projects and delivery of strategic goals.
- Support the wider Te Marupainga team to enhance the kaimahi experience by providing specialised coordination and wellness support.
- Cultivate a positive and healthy workplace culture through health and wellbeing projects, Tau Ora events and Hikoi Challenges.
- 3 years' experience in a generalist coordination role with a health, safety and wellness focus.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning and implementation support.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with an enthusiasm and style that inspires others.
