Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align recruitment strategies with broader business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Conduct competency-based interview training to support and guide hiring managers on best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Provide coaching and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes and tools.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors when needed.
  • Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness) to continuously improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, talent pools, and direct sourcing.
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in analysing metrics to improve hiring processes.
