Responsibilities will include:

1. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
2. Manage multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.
3. Collaborate with HR and leadership to align recruitment strategies with broader business goals.
4. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
5. Conduct competency-based interview training to support and guide hiring managers on best practices.
6. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies.
7. Provide coaching and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes and tools.
8. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.
9. Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors when needed.
10. Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently.
11. Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness) to continuously improve processes.
12. Represent FNZ at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry forums.
13. Drive employer branding initiatives to position FNZ as an employer of choice.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a business partner capacity.
2. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
3. Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, talent pools, and direct sourcing.
4. A data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in analysing metrics to improve hiring processes.
5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
