We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our Whangarei team as a second Pet Care Program Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others by providing support and mentoring to our team of animal therapy volunteers. Your responsibilities will include recruiting new volunteers, matching them with suitable facilities, and ensuring that our programs run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to animal therapy volunteers
  • Recruit new volunteers and match them with facilities
  • Liaise with facility staff and ensure smooth program execution

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, an empathetic personality, and a genuine interest in the well-being of others. Previous experience in team management or a related field is highly desirable, but not required.
