Job Description

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in running the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, planning menus that meet financial goals and delight our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Preparing, producing, and presenting high-quality foods
  • Providing exceptional guest service
  • Auditing kitchen stock and ordering supplies as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant trade qualifications or three years of experience in a hotel or resort environment
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
