**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our Wanaka team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, creating menus that meet financial goals and appeal to all guests, and delivering food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed in line with the HACCP principles and local guidelines for catering establishments.
- Prepare, produce, and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards, commonly accepted in the catering industry.
- Develop a passion for increasing food knowledge and skills.
- Minimize food waste.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Contribute to menu development, rostering, and other team-related issues.
- Monitor and manage kitchen stock and grocery lines daily.
