We are looking for a skilled Resident Doctor Scheduling Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing run allocations, leave management, and recruitment advice.

You will work closely with RMOs and services to create efficient and compliant rosters. Your expertise will ensure that RMOs are supported in their employment and training while maintaining seamless staffing for our services.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in human resources, healthcare, or a related field
  • Familiarity with NZRDA & STONZ MECA agreements and the health sector
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or electronic rostering tools
