What You'll Do

As a Research and Development Innovator, you will be responsible for driving innovation and improving productivity within the factory, while delivering high-quality products to our customers. You will work closely with the Quality and Production teams to ensure successful delivery of new products and CAPEX projects.

You will champion quality and drive innovation, while identifying and delivering cost optimization projects with regards to coffee and tea for the Auckland factory. You will also support material productivity improvements in the local Auckland factory and champion innovation, quality, and sensory of products.
