  • Understand the approval process for lenders and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Foster strong relationships with advisors, lawyers, and other parties to obtain necessary information.
  • Provide administrative support to lenders and the team to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers, internal and external.
