Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.

  • Sell products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Secure results in line with our business plan and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain customer development plans.
  • Support customers in delivering technical information and product support.
  • Provide sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Negotiate and implement contracted agreements with strategic accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of outside sales experience in the HVAC/R or controls environment, or other technical sales experience.

  • Previous sales experience with Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, Quick Serve Restaurants, and/or Box Retail is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
