We are currently looking for a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and evaluating their position in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Sell products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Secure results in line with our business plan and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain customer development plans.
- Support customers in delivering technical information and product support.
- Provide sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Negotiate and implement contracted agreements with strategic accounts.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of outside sales experience in the HVAC/R or controls environment, or other technical sales experience.
- Previous sales experience with Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, Quick Serve Restaurants, and/or Box Retail is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
