About the Role

The Performance Sport Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the High Performance Support Programme, providing advocacy and advice to students. This role requires strong relationship management skills, as the coordinator will need to connect students with various support services at the university and externally.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Overseeing the successful delivery of the High Performance Programme, including identifying students who require support, delivering induction programmes, and communicating regularly with students.
  • Providing support and connection to internal and external support services.
  • Advising the Performance Sport Team Leader on various aspects of supporting students, including opportunities to develop, process improvements, and annual plans.
  • Project managing and delivering sports events, programmes, and services as required.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position.
