As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to source vacancies and place clients into these roles, using your influence and networks to seek out current and future employment opportunities from employers in various industries. You will also be responsible for profiling job seekers to employers and building long-term professional relationships.
Main ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with Health Care, Construction, Retail Trade, Education & Training, Manufacturing, Horticulture, and other industries to support engagement and recruitment of job seekers.
- Sourcing job seekers for recruitment and training programs, as well as other labour market activities.
- Collaborating with Case Managers and other Service Centre colleagues to ensure sustainable employment outcomes are achieved.
- Providing in-work support to clients placed in employment.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions with employers and clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sourcing and recruiting suitable talent to fulfil employers' needs.
- Demonstrating strong business development, sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
