About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Qualified Donor Technician to join our team in Christchurch. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service to donors and working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the blood collection process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve donor satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
  • Provide education and support to donors

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Full or provisionally qualified as a Donor Technician (MLPAT) with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand
