Job Summary: We seek a board-certified/board-eligible medical oncologist/hematologist to join our established group. As a key member of our team, you will provide compassionate care to patients with cancer and blood disorders, while also contributing to the growth and development of our oncology program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in medical oncology and hematology, including chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and supportive care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and conferences to discuss complex cases and share best practices
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research studies aimed at improving patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in medical oncology and/or hematology
- Completion of an accredited internal medicine residency program
- Licensure to practice medicine in Kansas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
