Job Overview

The Electoral Commission is seeking a Project Support Officer to join their Voting Services team. As part of this team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of electoral events.

Main Tasks:

  • Participate in project teams and provide efficient support to Project Leaders
  • Develop and implement new work methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage and distribute training materials and documentation to ensure seamless delivery of electoral events
  • Evaluate process design for effectiveness and ease of use
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Sound working knowledge of MS systems and strong keyboard skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and show guided initiative
  • Knowledge/awareness of different cultures
  • High level of flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence to work with diverse group of stakeholders
