We are seeking a skilled In-Home Caregiver to provide non-professional services and assistance to residents in their homes throughout Elizabethtown and local surrounding areas.
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for performing various tasks and companion services, including:
- Main Responsibilities:
- Show dependability and engage in the scheduling process to ensure that client needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Assist clients in completing tasks as outlined by their service plan, demonstrating the ability to assure needs are met in a safe, appropriate manner according to Masonic Village policies as well as OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Demonstrate the ability to assist clients with in-home caregiver tasks, companion, and non-professional care and services according to Masonic Village policies and procedures.
- Accurately document client information and services delivered according to the established service plan and Masonic Village policies and procedures.
- Observes and communicates changes in client condition according to notification guidelines.
- Maintains confidentiality of privileged information, discussing and releasing information only to those who are authorized.
