About the Role: Te Puriri o Te Ora Regional Cancer and Blood Service is seeking a dedicated GP with an interest in oncology to join our team at Auckland City Hospital. As part of our acute oncology department, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and experience in New Zealand's largest teaching hospital with a supportive and stimulating atmosphere.

The Opportunity: Our service provides cancer care to a large and varied population of around 1.7 million people. We are engaged in collaboration with the University of Auckland within the Academic Health Alliance, providing opportunities for research initiatives and academic positions.

Your Responsibilities: You will work alongside registrars and have access to a medical oncologist on a day-to-day basis. Activities include ordering, conducting, and interpreting diagnostic and laboratory tests. You will also be part of the Medical Oncology department within the Northern Regional Cancer and Blood Service.
