**The Role**

We're looking for a sales floor representative to join our team at The Warehouse Group. As a sales floor representative, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, and supporting online orders.

You'll work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, who has good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

* Restock shelves, clean areas of the store, and perform other tasks as required

* Support online orders by efficiently picking and packing items, and following picking shelf processes correctly

* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
