About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for assessing and treating children and young people with mental health conditions and/or neurodevelopmental disorders. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of delivering the best possible service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves conducting thorough assessments and formulating effective treatment plans. You will also be responsible for exercising autonomous professional responsibility for client assessment, treatment, and discharge. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of high professional standards of practice through active participation in CPD training and development programmes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong background in child and adolescent mental health, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of working in a similar setting is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to professional codes of practice.
